Paul is a Transformation Lead in Mendix’ Digital Execution Practice, where he uses his rich experience in digital and organizational transformation to advise clients on their transformation journey. In addition, he works with other members of the Digital Execution Practice as well as subject matter experts across Mendix to establish best practices in using Mendix. Previously to joining Mendix, he was Chief of Staff to the CIO at Commerzbank for a number of years, and lead numerous large-scale regulatory and transformation initiatives.
