OEE App by i4TECH with Mendix

Our partner i4TECH has developed an application on Mendix for monitoring overall equipment effectiveness in real-time, allowing manufacturing companies to improve OEE by taking necessary actions on the shop floor.  Production data collected manually can result in errors, delays, and reactive actions to improve bottlenecks that happened hours, or even days ago. Off-the-shelf software often doesn’t meet shop floor realities and adds to complexity when reconfiguration of OEE for machine lines or a product with a changeover needs to be made. The i4TECH OEE application allows end users to quickly scale across production lines and sites.
