MS Amlin is a UK-based global insurance provider with over 1,700 employees. In order to better connect brokers and customers, MS Amlin partnered with First Consulting to develop a new and fully digital solution for underwriting and claims. The solution includes a broker portal allowing brokers to access product information, obtain real-time quotes for new policies, manage policy adjustments and submit new claims. In the session MS Amlin Manager of Digital Strategy & Development, Sebastiaan Lambalk, will share the rationale and choices behind the GoDigital solution and how they selected Mendix as the platform to execute on their digitalization project.
